Our Service Manager, Don Erickson has been with Delron Since 1993 and has 14 years experience in Printer repair.  Don and his qualified printer technicians can repair almost every major brand and model of printer, whether it be a small inkjet photo printer to the largest format plotter.  Don is also certified to repair many freestanding Multi Function Printers and Copiers. 

Delron offers fast onsite service in Calgary and the surrounding area.  We will service, repair and clean your printers to ensure you receive the best possible print quality at a very affordable price.  We even guarantee it.  For customers that haven't had a chance to open an account with us we accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Services Offered and Rates :

• Monochrome Lasers and Inks.  $95.00 per service call (your location).  Includes up to 1 houron site with no call out charge.  Most repairs can be completed within 1 hour.
• Color Laser and plotter  $105.00 per service call (your location).  Includes up to 1 houron site with no call out charge.  Most repairs can be completed within 1 hour.  Plotter may take 2 hours.
• Evaluation charge of  $45.00 should you decide not to repair your printer.
• Deluxe printer service and cleaning.  Improve the quality of print and extend the life of your printer for only  $69.95.
• Scheduled Semi-annual and annual service agreements available.
• Prevent-13 Extended Warranty Agreements Available.
• Yes we offer free telephone diagnostics and estimates.
